About this camera
Introduced in 2008, the Nikon D90 is an enthusiast-oriented DSLR built around a DX-format (APS-C) sensor. Lenses fit the Nikon F-mount, and the camera was the first Nikon DSLR to record video, with a 12.3MP sensor. It is aimed at keen enthusiasts, and as a 2008-era design it is now mostly a used-market option.
