About this camera
Introduced in 2013, the Sony A58 is an entry-level DSLR built around an APS-C sensor. It uses a fixed translucent mirror and an electronic viewfinder, and uses the Sony A-mount with a 20.1MP sensor. It is aimed at first-time interchangeable-lens users, and as a 2013-era design it is now mostly a used-market option.
