About this camera
Introduced in 2012, the Nikon D800E is a professional-grade DSLR built around a full-frame sensor. Lenses fit the Nikon F-mount, and the camera is the D800 variant with its optical low-pass filter effect cancelled, with a 36.3MP sensor. It belongs to the professional tier of the Nikon range, and as a 2012-era design it is now mostly a used-market option.
