Frequently asked questions
Does the Pentax DA 12-24mm f/4 have image stabilization?
No. Pentax bodies stabilize the sensor, so shake reduction depends on the camera.
What filter size does it use?
It uses a 77mm thread. If your other lenses use a different size, step-up rings let you share filters.
How close can it focus?
Minimum focus is 0.3 m, with a maximum magnification of 0.12x. The distance is measured from the sensor plane, so the working distance in front of the lens is shorter.
